The class plan followed by the Confraternita includes two classes per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evenings. During these classes, the four weapons that make up the Sinclair method are practised: two-handed sword, side sword (ancient fencing), rapier (historical fencing) and sabre (classical fencing).

During the course of the year FISAS promotes open meetings (Open Academies) off-site, attended by instructors and students from all over Italy, to encourage interaction between practitioners from different salles.

EVENING COURSE
It is held at the Cairoli gym in Via della Colonna 3 in Florence.
It consists of two weekly classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9pm to 11pm.
